Yes, with the exception of illness or a vacation. Q. Do I have any control in the Tidy Maid's cleaning routine? A. Yes, we do listen to our customer's needs and priorities. Customizing and providing high quality service is the major part of our business philosophy. Q. Do I have to provide the cleaning supplies? A. It is up to you. Usually we provide our own supplies, but some customers request us to use their specific products. Q. Do you clean windows and carpets? A. You can find these services on this page under "PROFESSIONALS AND PARTNERS". We recomend that you schedule to have your windows or carpets cleaned on a different day than we do your regular home cleaning. Q. What if I am not satisfied? A. Please contact us about every minor detail if you are not happy. We will do everything in our abilities to maintain customer satisfaction. Q. Vacuum your way out of the room. Always adjust your vacuum carpet attachment to proper hight. Use long, slow strokes and keep your back straight. It is faster to vacuum all hard surfaces instead of using the broom. Avoid repeating unnecessary steps. Use soft vacuuming brush to clean shelves, electronics, blinds etc. and other object that are difficult to dust. Washrooms - Remove all object from surfaces to be cleaned. Wet and spray all tubs, sinks and toilets first. Clean tubs, tiled areas, sinks and toilets thoroughly. Invest in a few microfiber cloths. These cloths can clean very well only with water. A static electricity is used to colect dirt, dust and grease. They are practicle and easy to reuse - just put them in your washer and use them again. Kitchens - Give your cleaning product time to work. Spray all your kitchen working surfaces and appliances first, let it work for about 5 - 10 min. and than wipe it off. Most people make a mistake by trying to scrub heavy stains and cause damage to their counters and appliances. Microwave can be cleaned by fiiling up your regular cup with water and heat it up for about 3 minutes on the high seting. The steam from boiling water will loosen all dried food and stains which makes it easy to wipe off. Use water mixed with vinegar to get rid of any odours. Natural Stone Flooring - We recomend to use warm water only, because majority of comercial cleaners or vinegar will deteriorate the sealant. Use quality door mats outside and inside of every entrance to your house. This will help to stop a lot of dirt, sand and stones making its way on to your floors and carpets and causing damage. . Where Client cancels 2 or more scheduled cleanings in a row, or Client’s home undergoes any kind of renovation, the following cleaning will be considered same as first time cleaning. CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS MADE BY THE TIDY MAID In case of a sickness or a vacation of your regular Tidy Maid cleaning lady, an alternate Tidy Maid cleaning lady will clean your home as scheduled without further notice. Same quality of service is guaranteed, or the Tidy Maid will return to fix anything we have missed. CONCERNS AND COMPLAINS If there is anything the Tidy Maid has missed cleaning in Client’s home, Client must call the Tidy Maid on the same day the home was cleaned. The Tidy Maid will return within 48 hrs to fix it. NO ACCESS TO CLIENT’S HOME Where Client fails to provide access to the Tidy Maid staff on the scheduled cleaning day, $30 fee will be applied to Client’s next payment. USE OF VACUUM CLEANER Where Client does not provide functional vacuum cleaner, $10 fee will be charged for the use of a vacuum cleaner provided by the Tidy Maid.
